Dalwhinnie
One of the highest distilleries in Scotland, the clean, heather-honey flavours of Dalwhinnie single malt whisky reflect its Highland mountain environment.
Its name derives from the Gaelic for a ‘meeting place’ of sheep and cattle drovers. So remote is it, that in 1994 it was officially recorded as the coldest inhabited place in Scotland for that year.
