Are all products authentic?
- Yes, being the oldest distributor in Singapore since 1961, we only sell authentic local goods not parallel imported goods.
What is the difference between Authentic Local Goods vs Parallel Imported Goods?
- Authentic Local Goods come direct from the principal (brand owner) in Singapore. The authenticity and the source of Parallel Imported Goods are unknown. Parallel Imported Goods can be cheap but it may be dangerous for consumption if the product is counterfeit.
Can I pay by Visa or Mastercard?
- Yes you can, please proceed to pay by Paypal and login as guest. You do not have to register Paypal account for Visa and Mastercard Payment.
Can I pay by Cheque?
- Yes with condition – the payment have to go through before we can release the goods.
Can I purchase at your store?
- Yes, you can come down to our office located at 22 New Industrial Road #05-13, Primax Building, Singapore 536208. Please do take note that we only accept cash payment at our office. Please call us to check the stock availability before coming down.
Can I purchase online and self collect?
- Yes, you can do self collection. Please bring your IC for legal age verification.
Can I get the goods on the same day?
- Same day delivery is by case to case basis. You may request for same day delivery if you order before 12 pm via phone call. It is subjected to stock availability.
How long does it takes to receive my items?
- We provide next day delivery. Our delivery time is between 12 pm to 6 pm (Monday – Saturday)
Can I get my goods after 10.30 pm?
- No, according to Singapore Law, delivery of alcohol is prohibited after 10.30 pm.
Can I get my goods on Sunday or public holiday?
- Unfortunately, we are closed on Sunday and public holiday.
Can I get my goods if I am overseas?
- For overseas order, please do check with us before purchasing. The goods are subjected to tax, shipping cost, import licensing, and any other related fees that must be borne by the buyer. We only accept Visa and Mastercard payment for overseas orders.
